Shipping policy
Same Day Shipping
Orders Must be received before 11am Pacific Time for UPS Next Day or DHL Next Day orders.
Parts ordered must be in stock for the order to ship....we manufacture everything we sell so this is normally not a problem to achieve.
Approximately 95% of all orders placed leave our warehouses within 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends & holidays).
Most remaining orders leave within 2 to 5 days. Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item.
If this is the case some orders can take between 7-14 days.
We do not ship on Saturdays/Sundays or Stat Holidays ( Canada & USA)
Once an order has shipped, average Ground transit time is an additional 5 to 9 business/working days and USPS Priority standard shipping time is posted as 3-4 days but is actually a few days longer in some cases, we have recently updated our UPS Expedited options and have made "subsidized" flat rate program - using UPS Expedited the Average time once an order has been placed to the time it is delivered is 2-4 business/working days.

Shipment Method
All orders are shipped Canada Post, USPS, UPS Ground/2nd Day/Express and DHL as our standard options.
**If you are shipping to a freight forwarder in Miami for a Caribbean or South American Shipment please DO NOT CHOOSE USPS - we will change the order to UPS Ground as these forwarder's DO NOT accept USPS**
We can accept PO boxes or an APO but those shipments must go USPS and may require an additional 24 hours handling time - not always but sometimes
Shipments are made to all 50 US states, all 10 Provinces and 3 Territories in Canada and so far over 40 other countries on almost every continent....we have no problems with shipping Internationally and with the recent updates to world trade agreements you may be subject to import fees or VAT.
Shipment Shortages
Any shipment shortage must be reported within 5 business days. For any packaging errors, you must provide us with an invoice number that is on the packing slip with the part number. This is needed so we can put procedures in place to do our best to eliminate packaging and shipping errors.
Back Orders
Unless otherwise directed, all orders will be entered and back orders will be shipped as they become available.
We will contact you if an order has suddenly been placed on back orders and will provide an updated ETA.
Canada Orders
Orders to Canada are shipped from Canada therefore there are NO tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments that will surprise you after your order has arrived.
Some of these fees you will NOT incur are Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees.
These costs are already paid for by Truxxx so we will NOT be passing any of them along to you.
