This Truxxx 2.5" front, 1.5" rear Lift Kit fits all models listed above, EXCLUDING air ride models.

The Truxxx 102010 lift kit raises the front of your truck 2.5" and the rear 1.5" to achieve a balanced level ride height. This kit is designed to work with all original equipment shocks and struts and keeps the ride the same as stock. You can keep the stock wheels or use aftermarket wheels with our kit.

**this kit works on 2002-2005 Explorer, Mountaineer and Aviator models with some minor trimming ~ some 2003-2005 models will require you to drill mounting holes from 13mm to 9/16" or 14mm - you will not know until you take the truck apart to install the kit...no worries, it is easy and we have been doing this since we made our first Explorer kit in 2005, yes we have been building this part number for that long**

We make this from the finest steel we can buy ~ High Quality North American milled DOM tubing, laser cut cold rolled steel and 8.8 or 10.9 grade fasteners, you cannot buy a better built kit for your truck.

Every Truxxx leveling kit is made with USA and Canadian Mill Certified Steel and laser cut to precision tolerances using OEM drawings, every kit is welded in house using the latest US Made welders and triple checked to ensure proper fitment.

This kit contains two front strut spacers, rear spring spacers and all the required hardware and detailed instructions and complete alignment specs.

Recommended installation time is approx. 2.5 – 4 hours + an alignment and a 30.5 – 32.00” tall tire ( 265/60R18) are commonly used on a stock style offset aftermarket  wheel.
